In Support of Help For Heroes

My workmate is running the 10k race in aid of the above and organising a charity night on Saturday 18th September in Bellshill. I'm giving her a wee hand and looking for any donations of food for the buffet and prizes for the raffle, all monies raised goes to this very worthwhile cause.
